How can I raise an amount of orders and get better rates?

1. Our writers should never start a new order while working on another. Do not leave your written work until the last-minute!
2. We expect all applicants to have a high level of skill in academic writing, with 3+ years of custom writing experience under their belts.
3. Never, ever plagiarise your custom essays. Plagiarism will result in the writer being fired, their accounts suspended, and payments canceled.
4. Be careful when citing sources. Citations should be formatted correctly, as failure to do so may lead to failing a plagiarism test.
5. Stay in contact with your UAE clients while working on their custom paper. They might have further sources for you to use, or you might have a question you need answering.
6. We expect our writers to be available and in contact 24/7. Customers sometimes have urgent requests they need help with!
7. We love it when our customers return to us, and so will you - returning customers are more likely to pay 100% of your rates. To get them coming back for more, make sure you meet all of their requirements and instructions.

How can I improve my order acceptance and payment rate?

We accept only the best writers, so please read our requirements before you apply:

1. All of our UAE expert writers are required to have English as a native language.
2. We expect all applicants to have a high level of skill in academic writing, with 3+ years of custom writing experience under their belts.
3. Perfect knowledge of formatting styles, common writing requirements and standards is a must.
4. Applicants should hold either a Bachelor's, Masters or doctorate in their selected subject.
5. All applicants are required to be available 24/7, should their customers have urgent inquiries or requests.
6. An applicant should be able to work under pressure of deadlines, be a responsible person, and a polite communicator.

I've sent an offer and haven't heard back - what can I do?

Our clients get many offers and have to consider each of them. Get to know how to fix it:

1. Make your offer tempting to the customer. It means making it affordable and yet not too low as to arouse suspicion about its quality.
2. Kick things off with a pleasant and approachable letter. Let your customer know why you're the best writer for their custom essay!
3. Our customers in UAE love writers with an excellent track record. Build up your profile rating to win more contracts!
4. If you need to get hold of a customer to ask a question, but can't reach them - don't panic. Our Support team can try to contact them by phone.

How can I access my earnings?

You'll be able to see your accumulated earnings in your online account balance. You can access this at any time, and withdraw your funds using one of the following options:

1. PayPal
2. Skrill
3. Payoneer
4. ePayments
5. VISA \ Mastercard

To withdraw funds:

1. Go to My Finance section and click on Withdraw tab.
2. Type in amount and select a payment method.
3. Please bear in mind that we are not able to cover any commission fees or handling fees set by your bank or online transaction service.

Note: we do not cover transaction commission or fees that your payment method may deduct on your end. For example PayPal charges about 5% of the received amount while Skrill doesn't. Bank wire transfers are sent with commission type "Shared".

How does payment process work?

Every custom paper's price is negotiated during the bidding stage between the writer and the customer. Once a price has been agreed, the customer will deposit the set amount into a holding account on the site. This acts as a guarantee for the project and will be held by us until the custom paper is completed.

Upon completion and delivery, the customer will check the custom essay to ensure it meets their instructions. If they're happy with the results, the writer will be paid in full. If any issues have arisen with the custom paper, the customer may choose to release a partial payment (75% - 95%, for example).

If the paper is very late or has significant failings, the client is entitled to cancel the contract and withhold all payments. However, if the decision is made by the UAE customer to withhold the amount, the writer may dispute this. The dispute will be put forward to our Quality Assurance team, who will investigate the conflict and come to a final decision.
